募集ポジション	Medical Lead

仕事内容	Dermatology Medical Lead drives clarity and accountability of the entire Japan dermatology medical functions and cross-functional team members， to achieve the business objectives through the development and execution of medical strategies. Reporting to the Immunology Medical head and involved in development of the strategic production plan， ensures the execution of key deliverable， conducts timely analyses， and provides status updates， utilizing clear and consistent communication. The role leads the teams to improve operations effectiveness and to execute key projects， while serving as the medical point of contact for alliances.
